About the Author
Judith Smith-Levin was born in Chicago and has been, at various times, a model, disc jockey, secretary, playwright, newspaper reporter, television line-producer, and bookstore owner. She also made history as the first uniformed female patrol officer ever in the city of Worcester, Massachusetts. She resides in on a small island off the coast of Washington state.
