KRATOCHWILL is professor of educational psychology and affiliate professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin--Madison. STEPHEN N. ELLIOTT is professor of educational psychology at the University of Wisconsin_Madison and director of the School Psychology Program.
