For fans of Chelsea Handler’s
Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea comes a witty, whip-smart exploration of dating in your thirties, from
Chelsea Lately cast member and
New York Times bestselling author Sarah Colonna.
Successful career? Check
Great friends? Check
Financial stability? Check
All-around attractive and in good shape? Check
Significant other? Womp-womp
This is the strange phenomenon comedic writer and performer Sarah Colonna explores in this brazenly honest, uproarious book: the sudden absence of eligible, ready-to-commit men now that, as Sarah puts it, “you have your shit somewhat together.”
But why? Through a series of autobiographical, personal essays, Sarah uses her own not-to-be-believed dating disasters as a microcosm through which to view the thirty-something female dating experience as a whole: it sucks. But it’s not you! It’s the men around you who are intimidated by a driven, intelligent, total-package kind of woman. Pansies.
From a fling-gone-wrong with a major league baseball player to a favorite ex-turned-emotional-crutch, Sarah’s signature wit and sharp observations take you on a journey at once so deviously funny and surprisingly compassionate that it might just steal your heart—not to mention your pants.
Review
"Sarah Colonna does it again with another hilariously candid, and at times utterly heartbreaking, collection of essays. It made me laugh, it made me cry, it gave me alcohol poisoning."
Review
"This book will make you say, ‘Oh my God. I thought it was just me...’ You’ll laugh with Sarah (okay, maybe at her a little, too) and root for her all the way through this book – she’ll feel like your new best friend. And since she’s not your actual best friend – you’ll have to be your own best friend, and this book is the perfect guide for learning how."

"Has Anyone Seen My Pants? is amazing, hilarious, and I thought I was the only one that screenshot-ed texts from guys and sent it to her girlfriends. This is going to be a huge."
Review
"I read it in one sitting; pants off."
Review
"Stand-up comedian Colonna brings more irreverent tales of dating, drinking, and debauchery, imparting wisdom like the vulgar older sister you’ve always wanted. She maintains her signature charm and caustic humor, and the final chapter’s happy ending is worth sticking around for."
