About the Author
Sterling Houston was a playwright who wrote more than 24 plays and a writer-in-residence and artistic director for Jump-Start Performance Company. Sandra Mayo is an associate professor of theater and the director of multicultural and gender studies at Texas State UniversitySan Marcos. She is the editor of Myth, Magic, and Farce: Four Multicultural Plays by Sterling Houston and was the chairman of the National Black Theatre Association. She lives in San Marcos, Texas.
