Jean Rabe���is a fantasy and SF writer who sometimes dabbles in military fiction and myserties. She's an avid reader who has far too many books to fit on her bookshelves, and she resides in a tiny town in Illinois with her husband, three dogs, an obnoxious parrot, and an assortment of tropical fish. He is also the recipient of two Anthony awards. Mystery Scene magazine called him "the best mystery anthologist since Ellery Queen."
