About the Author
Charles N. McConnell has held Journeyman and Master Plumbers licenses in Indiana and a Master Plumbers license in Florida. He is the recipient of an award for over 60 years of continuous membership in the United Association of Journeyman and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe-fitting Industry of the United States and Canada.
His experience qualifies him as an expert witness in litigation of plumbing-related court cases. He has designed, supervised, and installed plumbing, heating, and air conditioning in residential, commercial, industrial, and public buildings and has trained many apprentices for the plumbing trade.
