Oh boy! This is a welcome triumvirate! Instant Pot + Ivy Manning + Italian food = a bunch of excellent recipes. I’ve never seen an Ivy Manning cookbook that I didn’t love (Crackers and Dips, Easy Soups From Scratch) and Instant Pot Italian is no exception. Manning always brings a thoughtful approach to her recipes. So, if you have an Instant Pot and you like Italian food, there is no reason you shouldn’t give this book a try.
