About the Author
ANNE BOE is President and founder of Career Networks, a national management consulting firm based in San Diego, California, specializing in custom tailoring in-house programs on communicating for productivity, sales effectiveness, customer service training, and networking. As a professional speaker, Ms. Boe has keynoted/presented to such conventions as Meeting Planners International, International Customer Service Association, Council of Logistics Management, National Speakers' Association, and Tupper Jubilees. She is the 1987 recipient of the Meeting Planners Choice Speaker of the Year Award for the National Management Association. BETTIE B. YOUNGS, PhD, is the Executive Director of the Phoenix Educational Foundation. Dr. Youngs is a noted educator and author, a former professor of leadership and administration at San Diego University, and serves as an active consultant to public and private organizations throughout the world. She has published over 100 articles in professional journals and is the author of a number of best-selling books, including Stress in Children (now published in seven languages) and Achievement, Happiness & Success: A Self-Esteem Book.
