Synopsis
For the past thirty years, Joni Mitchell has been world-famous. The singer, guitarist, and songwriter composed and performed hits like "Big Yellow Taxi", "Both Sides Now", and "Help Me". In addition to her contributions to pop and folk music, she has also written and recorded jazz with Charles Mingus. Today, her songs have reemerged in the work of other recording artists, from a Janet Jackson remix to the nouveau folk celebrated at the Lilith Fair. Her own career continues to grow and expand with renewed interest in her music.
