The Earl of Hampton Hill Manor needed a wealthy wife to keep the manor from going to wrack and ruin, only the rightful heir's taste leaned more towards men, than women.In a desperate attempt to secure a wife, to save the manor, Baldwin Lexington resorts to contacting a distant, wealthy cousin in America to become his bride, insisting that since he doesn't intend to consummate the marriage, his brother Brendon can furnish future heirs, when he gets married. However, Magellan Miller has secrets of her own, and even though she wishes to marry for love, she has no choice but to accept Baldwin's proposal.
