Die zunehmende Weiterentwicklung und Integration von E-Business-Aktivitäten in Unternehmen verstärken die Forderung nach einer Erfolgsmessung des Online-Handels. Unternehmen stehen hierbei verschiedenartigen Herausforderungen gegenüber, die derzeit eine unternehmenszielkonforme Erfolgsbewertung erschweren.
