Synopsis
In jedem Text weist jeder Satz, mit Ausnahme des ersten, irgendeine Form von Koh sion mit einem vorangehenden Satz auf, in der Regel mit dem unmittelbar vorangehenden. Das Konzept der Koh sion ist nach Halliday und Hasan (1976:2) ein semantisches Konzept, das sich auf die Bedeutungsbeziehungen bezieht, die innerhalb eines Textes bestehen und ihn als Text definieren. Sie tritt auf, wenn die Interpretation eines Elements im Diskurs von der eines anderen abh ngt, das eine setzt das andere voraus, wenn dies geschieht, wird eine Koh sionsbeziehung hergestellt. Diese semantische Beziehung zwischen einem Textelement und anderen Elementen, die f r die Interpretation des Textes entscheidend ist, wird sowohl durch grammatikalische als auch lexikalische Mittel hergestellt.
