andlt;bandgt;Lesley Herbertandlt;/bandgt; is well-known for her creative and adaptable approach to cake decorating, but one of her outstanding skills is her ability to create sugar flowers that are almost indistinguishable from the real thing. As well as her many distinguished qualifications as a baker and lecturer in further education, Lesley has studied floristry at City and Guilds level.
