About the Author
Kathy Balland is a wellness coach and expert in the mind-body-soul connection of weight and stress management. She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts as a mind/body wellness practitioner. She has studied nutrition for weight management, addiction, and stress management, and has written articles regarding the mind-body connection and its impact on health and wellness.
