Dr. Thomas Kempe promovierte bei Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Pfaffenberger am Lehrstuhl Wirtschaftpolitik an der Universität Oldenburg. Er ist als Seniorberater im Competence Center Utilities bei Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Düsseldorf tätig.
