Beyerl is well known as a Master Herbalist and as a Wiccan author of eight books. Having been a guest speaker and educator at events throughout the United States, he relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 1993 where he continues his work with The Rowan Tree Church which he founded in 1976 and The Hermit's Grove, a nonprofit educational organization, which he founded in 1992.
