andlt;bandgt;Michael Freemanandlt;/bandgt; is an award-winning photographer specializing in Asia, both for magazines such as the andlt;iandgt;Smithsonian, GEO,andlt;/iandgt; and andlt;iandgt;Conde Nast Travelerandlt;/iandgt; and for numerous books. The later include andlt;iandgt;Japan Modern, The Spirit of Asia,andlt;/iandgt; and andlt;iandgt;Ancient Angorandlt;/iandgt;. His other works include books on Frank Lloyd Wright, Shakers, Adobe, and 20th-century American architecture, and most recently, andlt;iandgt;The Complete Guide to Digital Photography.andlt;/iandgt;andlt;BRandgt;andlt;BRandgt;andlt;bandgt;Michiko Nico Noseandlt;/bandgt; has written extensively on design and lifestyle-related topics for both Japanese magazines and television. She began her career as a journalist and is the author of several guides to Tokyo and New York.
