About the Author
David Tyree is a special teams player and wide receiver for the New York Giants. Known as one of the most productive and consistent special teams players in the NFL, Tyree was named to his first Pro Bowl appearance in 2005. He led the Giants in special teams tackles in each of his first two seasons and tied for second last year. He regularly speaks to teens and children, is actively involved in community charities, and was named one of the fifty most charitable players in the NFL by ESPN. In 2006, he and his wife, Leilah, founded the grass-roots ministry Next in Line to supply youth ages 11-18 with physical, mental, and spiritual nurturing and guidance. A native of New Jersey, David and his wife have two sons and twin girls.
