About the Author
Beatrix Ost was born in Stuttgart in 1940. She studied dance in Munich and art with Oskar Kokoschka in Salzburg. An established visual artist who is exhibited and collected around the world, she is also a film producer, screenwriter, and actress. A US resident since 1975, Ost divides her time between Charlottesville, Virginia, and New York City.
