Nimmt eine Frau w hrend der Schwangerschaft Drogen, Nikotin, Alkohol oder Psychopharmaka zu sich, kann sich das schwerwiegend auf das Ungeborene auswirken. Neugeborene werden medikament s behandelt, zus tzlich gibt es die M glichkeit der physiotherapeutischen Begleitung, um die Symptomatik zu lindern. Nach dem aktuellen Wissensstand pr sentiert sich dieses Krankheitsbild als unzureichend erforscht. Da die Symptomatik mit der eines Fr hgeborenen vergleichbar ist, k nnen Ans tze aus den Konzepten Bobath, Vojta, Castillo-Morales und der Craniosacraltherapie auf dieses Krankheitsbild umgelegt werden. Die bestehenden Konzepte sollten durch k nftige Studien mehr evidenz- basiertes Wissen generieren, welches ihre Wirksamkeit nachweist. Forschungen mit S uglingen stellen sich in Bezug auf ethische Normen und Langzeitstudien besonders kompliziert dar.
