About the Author
James S. Angle is the Fire Chief for the Palm Harbor Fire Department, and he is an Adjunct Faculty member at St. Pete College. Mr. Angle is a member of the Florida Employment Standards and Training Council; he is the Health and Safety Committee Chair for the Florida Fire Chiefs Association, and the Vice President of the Pinellas County Fire Chief Association.
