About the Author
John Kramp is vice president of the Church Resources division at LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville, Tennessee. He has earned degrees from Baylor University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. KrampÕs books include On Track Leadership, Out of Their Faces and Into Their Shoes (an ECPA Gold Medallion Award finalist) and Getting Ahead by Staying Behind.
