About the Author
Dr. Chris Williams is a recognized expert and trainer in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and works as a Senior Lecturer in Psychological Medicine at the University of Glasgow. He has been a Governing Board member of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) and is a Past-President of the British Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (BABCP), the lead body for CBT in the UK.
