"For clever paper projects, look through The Paper Decorator, by Kerry Skinner, which offers step-by-step directions for making everything from lamp shades to headboards more interesting with textured or colorful paper. Skinner creates a floor cloth decorated with old sheet music and uses tissue paper in slide mounts to make a window blind that looks like stained glass." St. Louis Post-Dispatch
