About the Author
Professor Ellen F. Monk has been teaching Information Systems at the Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware since 1989. Prior to her teaching career, Ms. Monk worked as a chemical engineer for Engelhard Industries and W. R. Grace and Cos Davison Chemical Division. Ms. Monk has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and is pursuing her doctoral degree in MIS. Joseph A. Brady taught M.I.S. courses at the University of Delaware from 1990 to 2009. Prior to his teaching career, he worked as a financial analyst for E.I. Dupont de Nemours. Dr. Brady has an M.S. degree in Computer Science, an M.B.A., and a Ph.D. in Education.
