About the Author
Rachel A. Qitsualik was born and raised in the traditional Inuit culture. After working as a language specialist and consultant, she found success as a writer. She has published hundreds of articles on Inuit culture and folklore and has also contributed to books, including Ring of Ice, Our Story, America is Indian Country, and Canada in 2020. Sean A. Tinsley he has published numerous articles on Inuit culture, folklore, and mythology, He is the coauthor, with his wife Rachel A. Qitsualik, of Qanuq Pinngurnirmata: Vol. 1, a book of Inuit myths expressed in modern narrative.
