Synopsis
In 1871, former Texas ranger Henry Smith returned home to find that his two sons were kidnapped by Comanches. His cousin, Captain John Samson gathered two ranger companies and hounds to chase the band down and rescue Henry's boys. To do this, he called up his best tracker, Caleb McPherson, the ranger the Native Americans called the one who tracks with two horses. This is the rangers' side of the story of the most spectacular chase in Texas history. This story is historical fiction about that chase and based on actual ranger records.
