About the Author
Kathy Kaehler is one of the country's best known fitness trainers. In addition to her work as fitness consultant for NBC's today, she has hosted and co-developed many popular fitness videos. She contributes regularly to major magazines and writes a column for
Women's Sports and Fitness. She lives in the Los Angeles area with her husband, Billy Koch, and their twin sons.
Dr. Cheryl K. Olson is a nationally recognized expert in health communications and behavior change. She writes about health and behavior issues for Parents and other magazine and has ghostwritten best-selling celebrity health books. She earned her doctorate in health and social behavior from the Harvard School of Public Health. She is on the psychiatry faculty at Harvard Medical Schoo, where she collaborates on research and publications.
