Synopsis
Farmers say during a Sabbath of the land every seven years, when soil is unsown and at rest, fertility is restored. So it is with my life. Every seven years, real or imagined, I have succeeded, failed, gone barren, reaped the harvest or fought the elements. I have also learned a lot from gardening. In the resting season ideas can germinate. It's the time of planning and regeneration, filled with quiet moments of awakening and inspiration.
