Synopsis
Bei der Bewertung von Unternehmen wird unter anderem das DCF-Verfahren eingesetzt. Dabei werden in der Regel zwei Phasen unterschieden: In der ersten Phase werden beispielsweise f r einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren prognostizierte Cashflows diskontiert. Danach wird in der zweiten Phase ein Restwert angesetzt. Dieser Restwert kann ber die H lfte des Unternehmenswertes betragen, wodurch ihm eine enorme Bedeutung zukommt. In der vorliegenden Ausarbeitung werden aus diesem Grund verschiedene Methoden der Restwertermittlung dargestellt und miteinander verglichen. Hierbei wird insbesondere analysiert, welche Einflussgr en und Annahmen die H he des Restwertes bestimmen. Die betrachteten Methoden umfassen den Shareholder Value Ansatz, den Economic Profit Ansatz, den Economic Value Added Ansatz und den Cash Value Added Ansatz.
