About the Author
Ann Ambrose is Dean of Business, Public Services and Technologies at Tide Water Community College in Portsmouth, Virginia. Her previous positions at the school include: Professor of Business, Director of Continuing Education, and Academic Division Chair of Business, Mathematics, Natural Science and Nursing. In addition, she has authored various publications on computer applications, including IC3 BASICS: Internet and Computing Core Certification. Ann holds a Master of Science degree in Vocational Education/Administration from Virginia Tech.
