About the Author
Margot Silk Forrest is the founder of The Healing Woman, a nonprofit organization for adults recovering from childhood abuse. She is a former editor for the San Jose Mercury News and the Dallas Times-Herald and the coauthor of EMDR: The Breakthrough Therapy for Overcoming Anxiety, Stress and Trauma and The Soul in the Computer: The Story of a Corporate Revolutionary. She lives in San Luis Obispo, California.
