About the Author
MIKEL J. HARRY, Ph.D., is the founder and former CEO of the Six Sigma Academy, Inc. He helped develop the Six Sigma program at Motorola during the 1980s and later served as corporate vice president at Asea, Brown, Boveri, Ltd. He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. DON R. LINSENMANN is vice president and corporate champion, Six Sigma, at DuPont, leading the global deployment of DuPonts Six Sigma program. In addition, he has global responsibility for DuPonts Corporate Strategic Accounts. He lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
