Poetry. Originally from the Bay Area, Jen Hofer is a poet and translator who now divides her time between Mexico City and Los Angeles. She is currently editing and translating an anthology of contemporary experimental poetry by Mexican women. Although this is Hofer's first full-length book, her poems have appeared in numerous literary magazines and helped develop her reputation for pushing the borders of experimental contemporary poetry.
