Synopsis
Solving the 3x3 Rubik's Cube seems daunting, but it can be done easily if you take the time to learn 8 bite-size steps. These are the steps I used to teach my children when they were each 7 years-old. This is also the process I used when I learned at age 30, and I've taught people of all ages ever since. Additionally, this method makes it easier to learn other cube variations later like the 2x2 or the Eitan's Twist. While the guide can theoretically be read in a short timespan, it is advised that the reader spend time really getting to know each section. Each step consists of a formula or two to help you on your way, along with plenty of pictures. We also provide some tips for memorizing these formulas, but the best way to get them to stick is through repetition. In addition to breaking down each step, the guide also contains a detailed introduction, where we cover the numerous pieces and moves you'll need to know as you learn to conquer the cube
