About the Author
Todd Howard, founder of Massachusetts-based creative media production / consulting company Howard Digital Media, and has conducted hundreds of hours of training seminars and one-on-one instruction on GarageBand, iLife, Mac OS X, Final Cut Pro and DVD Studio Pro, as well as Adobe® PhotoShop® and GoLive®. Howard is also a professional musician and singer/songwriter and regularly performs with four-piece new American roots band Last Fair Deal, family friendly rock outfit Spaghetti Cake, and as a solo singer and guitarist. He is the author and instructor of Inside Mac OS X: 10.4 Tiger (Magnet Media, 2005) and Inside iLife ¿06 (Magnet Media, 2006) DVD titles¿part of Magnet¿s Digital Media Training Series (DMTS), and is the author of Who¿s Afraid of HTML?(Morgan Kaufmann, 1999) A beginner¿s primer to HTML and website design. Todd also produced and co-edited the indie feature film The Trouble with Boys and Girls (Home Movies, 2003). He currently lives in northwestern Massachusetts with his wife Erika.
