Excellent addition to this series! This is book three. Fiona Griffiths having survived a bout with Cotard's Syndrome, completed a philosophy degree at Cambridge then goes on to become a detective. She is a strange and compelling person who analyzes what 'normal' is so she can try to emulate it. This aspect does remind me of the Dexter books and TV series but she, of course, fights the 'bad guys'. She goes on a lengthy undercover assignment in this book that leads to problems with her own identity and puts her in danger. And while leading a second and then third life, she tries to maintain her boyfriend relationship and gather clues towards her backstory of being an abandoned infant. Great stuff. Bring on book four!!
