Then Caleb gets an idea. He goes to see everyone in town to involve them in his idea. Everyone is agreeable except Big George. On Easter morning, Caleb makes his Uncle Josh get out of bed and tells him to get ready for church. Reluctantly Uncle Josh follows Caleb to the site of the church. There they find new life rising out of death as the see crocus and buttercups pushing up through the ash. Then Uncle Josh realizes the real "church" is coming up the hill as people from all over the area come for a Sunrise Easter service in the very spot where their church building should have stood. Then the crowning surprise as Big George shows up with a very special gift for the new church he knows will be built on the spot they are standing.
