Synopsis
Wie sind die Umst nde beschaffen, die ein Subjekt in Erscheinung treten lassen? Und wie ver ndern und verschieben Subjekte ihrerseits die Umst nde, denen sie ihr Erscheinen verdanken? Anstatt einseitig mediale, architektonische oder rhetorische Arrangements zu beschreiben, die Subjekten f r ihren Auftritt zur Verf gung stehen, oder sich auf Prozesse der Subjektgenese zu konzentrieren, die sich auch unabh ngig szenischer Arrangements begreifen lie en, widmet sich der vorliegende Band ihrer wechselseitigen Herstellung. Er betont aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven die abgr ndigen Bedingungen, unter denen Subjekte zu ihren B hnen und vice versa die B hnen zu ihren Subjekten gelangen. Die Kernthesen, die in eng fokussierten Analysen konkreter Szenen entfaltet werden und den Begriff der Szene selbst kritisch hinterfragen, lauten: Ohne Szene kein Subjekt und ohne Beschreibungsinstanz keine Szene. Daraufhin untersucht werden das antike Drama und die Revolutionsrhetorik, therapeutische und b rokratische Einrichtungen, Experimente der Bildenden Kunst und des Films und nicht zuletzt Theorieszenen: rhetorische B hnen, die Argumente und Politiken zur Auff hrung bringen.
