About the Author
Thich Nhat Hanh has been a Buddhist monk since the age of sixteen. He has survived three wars, persecution, and more than thirty years of exile. He is the master of a temple in Vietnam whose lineage goes back more than two thousand years and is traceable to Buddha himself. He is the author of more than one hundred books of poetry, fiction, and philosophy including Anger and Living Buddha, Living Christ.
