Sarah Hayes: Sarah Hayes is the author of many books for children, including the This is the Bear quartet; Mary, Mary; Happy Christmas, Gemma (shortlisted for the Smarties Book Prize); and Eat Up, Gemma. Sarah is married with three children and lives in Wales, UK. Her US publishers include Little, Brown, Candlewick and Random House.
Sarah Garson: Sarah studied a BA in Illustration at Middlesex University in London and has a Masters degree in Children's Book Illustration from Cambridge School of Art.She has written and illustrated numerous picture books, rhyming dictionaries, poetry anthologies and story collections for publishers including Andersen Press, Usborne, A&C Black, Chrysalis, Mathew Price, Mantra Lingua and Harcourt Primary. She also illustrated Mummys Lump, a picture book specially commissioned by Breast Cancer Care, UK.
She currently lives and works in Melbourne, and divides her time between Australia and the UK.
