About the Author
James Stroman is a connoisseur of inns and a prize-winning gourmet. He is the author of several cookbooks, including Down Home Texas Cooking, Dining Out at Home, From Texas Kitchens, and Prize Recipes from Great Restaurants. As James recently celebrated his 80th birthday, his niece and nephew (Jennifer Wauson and Kevin Wilson) have joined him to complete this latest edition and carry on a family tradition. They live in Acworth, Georgia.
