The Hell That Holds Me is the real life experience of a young woman living with severe mental illness. This book sheds light on Samantha's life growing up with a drug addicted mother and an absent father, childhood trauma and sexual abuse, toxic relationships and attempting to cope with being a "Borderline" with Schizophrenic tendencies. Through poetry she takes you down her dark memories while fighting her demons.
