About the Author
Elias C. Grivoyannis is associate professor of Economics at Yeshiva University. Having received his Ph.D. from New York University,he specializes in Forensic Economics, Health Economics, International Economics, Financial Markets and Institutions, Econometrics, and Energy and Environmental Economics. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Economics and Law, Financial Economics, Methods of Mathematical and Quantitative Analysis, Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics, Microeconomics, Industrial Organization and Regulation, Managerial Economics, Health, Education and Welfare, International Economics, Labor and Demographic Economics, and Urban, Rural and Regional Economics. He received the 1998 Teaching Excellence Award from the Academy of Business Administration.
