I have never thought of myself as, or striven to become, a leader. I read this book because I am a huge fan of the author. And, admittedly, because of that I had high expectations; knowing that one of her skills is making everything relatable to everyone. I was not disappointed! The Seven Senses of Leadership showed me how to be a better leader, using my own easily accessible senses. It also showed me how to choose my leaders with purpose, and how to be a more engaged and intuitive audience or follower. I was reminded that in my role as mother, I am a leader; and I was shown the ways I am already gifted and the ways I can grow. I was reminded that my role as a participant is hugely valuable; and I was shown how to enjoy it with confidence and choose wisely! Also, I learned interesting tid bits about several other leaders in the world, living and dead. This is a fantastic, impressive, life changing, and fun book! An absolute must read!
