Synopsis
Excerpt from The Unitarian Church Case: Trial Before Judge Collins, in the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton Co;, O., At the January Term, A. D. 1860; Remarks of Richard M. Corwine, Counsel for the Plaintiff, and the Opinion of Judge Collins
Section 2. That the said corporation shall be capable, in law, by the name aforesaid, of susing and being sued, plead ing and being impleaded, in any action or suit, in any Court having competent jurisdiction.
