About the Author
Hugo Lindo was one of El Salvadors most distinguished authors, having received numerous prizes for his poetry, novels, and short stories. Elizabeth Gamble Miller is professor emerita at Southern Methodist University and a literary translator of contemporary poetry, fiction, and essays of over 30 authors from Spain, Mexico, and Central and South America. She lives in Dallas, Texas.
