Excerpt from Thirty-Fourth Annual Report of the City of Keene: Containing Inaugural Ceremonies, Illustrated Development of Business Section, Ordinances and Joint Resolutions Passed by the City Councils, With Reports of the Several Departments, for 1907
Prayer was offered by the Rev. H. Sumner Mitchell, after' which the mayor delivered his inaugural address.
After the prayer and inaugural address, Frank H. Whitcomb was elected clerk, and Albert W. Green, city messenger, and the councils then adjourned until o'clock.
