About the Author
Charlotte Pomerantz is the author of many books, stories, and poems for children and adults. Her work has been published in many anthologies, and she is the recipient of the Jane Addams Children's Book Award and the Christopher Award. She was born in New York, where she now lives.
Rob Shepperson is well known for his droll editorial drawings, which appear regularly in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and the Washington Post. He lives in Croton-on-Hudson, New York, with his wife and two daughters.
