About the Author
Deborah King is a recognized health and wellness expert; an attorney; a frequent guest on CNN, Fox News, and other major media; a blogger for The Huffington Post and Psychology Today; host of the weekly radio show “Truth Heals with Deborah King”; and a national keynote speaker. In her work, she addresses issues of physical disease, addiction, depression, weight problems, dysfunctional relationships, violence, and other ills that plague us. She also looks at the inner world of the people making headlines and comments on why they do the things they do.
Deborah’s life was radically changed when, at the age of 25, she was diagnosed with cancer. At the time, she was a successful corporate attorney who was suppressing a traumatic past. Her diagnosis eventually led to her departure from the corporate arena for the alternative health field. She went on to train in ancient and modern healing systems, ultimately developing a powerful technique of her own. Today she guides thousands to recovery in workshops across the country.
